Switching City

I saw this and just had to re-post. Thanks to my dear friend Erin over at Things Collected for finding this!

When the town of Andalsnes, Norway held a competition for a new masterplan, Swedish design firm Jägnefält Milton jumped at the chance. By refusing to plan anything that was stationary, the proposal for Switching City was born. Using pre-existing railways, a set of public buildings would be created including a hotel, concert hall, and public bath.
