Some of the dresses from “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty’’ at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Suzy Menkes writes that it is a, “celebration of the designer’s wild, unfettered and dark imagination: gothic Victoriana, dresses tufted with blood-red feathers, decorated with dying flowers or rattling with clamshells.”
